Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely no hidden fees. The package price is exactly what you pay on a monthly basis. All taxes and fees are included in that price.

How long is your turnaround time?

Our turn-around time depends on project and number of revisions. Usually it’s between 24 – 48 hours for most projects. More complex design project such as a website/app, landing page, pitch decks, and multi-page booklets will require more time.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

Not at all, you are enrolled on a month to month membership and can cancel anytime – hassle free.

I run multiple businesses. Can I use 1 account?

Yes, as a matter of fact, we built our online software to be easy and intuitive for you to create and manage a design project for multiple businesses and brands. You can use our platform for yourself, your other businesses, or even your customers.

How do I get paid?

All affiliates and partners are paid twice a month via an approved method of receiving payments.

How do I become an affiliate?

If you’re interested in becoming an approved affiliate, please complete the application on this page and we will determine if we’re a good fit for one another.

What’s your commission structure?

Our commission structure is multi-tiered. Commission starts at 15% for new members and increases with performance. More information is available for prospective partners. Please contact support for further details.

If I refer customers to you, do I get something?

If you’re an existing customer and want to refer your friends to us, your friend will get a discount and you will receive a percentage of their recurring payment. Send us enough referral, and you get our service for FREE and also make a little bit of cash on the side.
Naturally, we also have an affiliate program should you be interested.

I didn’t use my account this month, can I get a refund for the month?

We only offer refunds during the initial trial period and under certain situations. Unfortunately, we can’t refund due to inactivity.

Why am I being billed on a monthly basis?

We operate via a subscription model. In order to receive the benefits of submitting design request whenever you want, for whatever you want, and as frequently as you want, a membership is required.

How do I cancel?

You can email support directly, message your project manager, or use the “Contact support” feature on the dashboard and request to cancel.

My project is taking longer than expected. How can I expedite my project?

Talk to your project manager or email support. Chances are it’s a communication gap or your designer is waiting for information to complete your request.

I’m not happy with the quality of my designs. What do I do?

Speak to your designer and project manager immediately in discussions and/or email support right away. Your project manager will likely assign another qualified designer to your projects and monitor your projects more closely to ensure quality control. Our goal is to deliver a seamless experience and make sure you’re receiving outstanding value with Grafix Squad.

Can you guys create a project in another language?

Yes as long as you provide the instructions in English and all of the content associated with the project.

How do I know my design are trademark and copyright free?

All of our designers are trained to check and double check resources, icons, images, and fonts used on your design for trademark and copyright infringement. So you can have the confidence to use your completed designs without fear of trademark or copyright infringement.

Do you sign NDA?

We do not sign NDA’s or any legal documents.

My project is taking longer than expected. How can I expedite my project?

Talk to your project manager or email support. Chances are it’s a communication gap or your designer is waiting for information to complete your request.

I uploaded 10 projects. How do I tell you which order I want them done in?

Your projects are laid out in order on your dashboard. To change the order or re-arrange them, hover over the project card, and then hover over the option drop-down to reveal a menu. From this menu, you will be able to arrange projects in any order you want. Your designer will work on all your projects based on the order you assigned. If you’re having trouble re-arranging, no worries. Simply tell your project manager or designer, and they’ll do it for you.

Is there a way I can see an estimated time for a draft?

Yes. On your dashboard, click on the project you want the estimated time for, and near the top, you should see “Estimated time for the 1st draft:…” This is the estimate for when your 1st draft will be delivered.

What is the best way to submit a design project?

The best way to submit a design project is by going to http://grafixsquad.com and logging into your dashboard.  As soon as you become a member with Grafix squad, a team member will give you a call to walk you through our website. You’ll be guided on how to create your first project, submit revisions, download your files, and communicate with your team.

Have you ever worked with Red Bubble, Printful, or any other POD platforms?

We’re very familiar with just about every POD platforms and their requirements. We’ve designed hot selling items for sellers using Merch by Amazon, Printful, Red Bubble, and many other platforms.

Have you ever worked with Merch by Amazon before?

Of course. A lot of our Print on demand customers are a part of Merch by Amazon community. We’re quite knowledgeable with both the community, Amazon, and the specific requirements for design.

Besides T-shirts, what else can you design?

We can design anything from T-shirts, hoodies, pop-sockets, mugs, and ANY merch designs you need.

How many unique T-shirt designs can you do per month?

We can design anywhere from 20 – 30 T-shirt designs per month, assuming you’re responsive with feedback and approve quickly. If each design has variations or they’re Scalable designs, then we can easily do 50 – 100 unique T-shirt designs, assuming each variation is a unique design.
